Term Of Service

- By commissioning me, you agree that you have read the terms of service. I have the right to decline any request.
- I may use the artwork for portfolio purposes and/or share on my social media with proper credit
- All kind of AI training/usage is prohibited
- All artworks are SFW and for personal use only.
- After start working on the commission, the commission is not refundable, you could request a refund if I haven't start working yet.
-Add on the the above condition, please state your requirement clearly, and don't change the requirement after I done and you approved the draft, otherwise it will charge extra. And I have the right to decline any change you suddenly add after the draft.
- Commissioner have to complete right to use the art for personal use only,Please check the term below to check to see if your commission involve commercial usage, I own the copyright:
- Do not resell my artwork(s).
- Please keep my little tiny signature if you share or the artwork, and please credit me.
- Digital media has 3 days - 2 week average turn around time unless informed otherwise.

I'm happy to send you updates on the commission during the process. I do not restrict how much but please be respectful.

About Adopts, term of service above are applied, also:
- After adopting the oc, you can use it for personal use only, unless commercial license are claimed.

Commercial Usage:
- About Commercial usage, "album cover, banner, book illustration, etc" are considered as commercial usage, under this situation, the fee will +100% for commercial license:The artist (me) retains full copyright and ownership of the artwork at all times. Purchasing a commercial-use license does not transfer copyright.
The silent may not:
- resell, redistribute, or sublicense the artwork as a standalone product
- Claim the artwork as theirs
- AI training/ NFTs/ Allow third parties to commercially use my artwork are not allowed.
